You guys ever heard of quality over quantity?

Drago?

I'm not against a member limit, but it is harder to mantain a "family" like status if the clan has to many members.

But founders with clans that made their way to the top of the HoF because of their numbers in members don't get it.

The reason why we see so many clans with less that 10 members is because there is no limit to the larger clans.

Several down side to this:

What are you going to do with <sk> and <aka> and such? Delete their members?

Suppose you make a limit, and the clan becomes full. Now one of their friends comes and wants to join. What do you say? No or yes and kick one of your members out and cause hatred? Unless you put the limiit extremely high ( which would probably be the same as no change) the limit is going to cause problems.

There's a lot of other games like this one where there are clans with lots of members. It's life i tell you.

So your saying you would delete the members of The Masked Bandits? I think my clan contains a family like status even with 185 members. We get along great and talk with eachother all the time in the clan halls.

I say no to member limit :) I don't see why it's such a big problem besides that it boosts the stats of clans. But thats not that much of a problem

well...
i guess <sk> gets many pages of chat in the clan halls every day :P a bit hard to have a conversation or anything...
Why care about giant clans? Do they affect YOU in any way at all?
and again, why care about inactive DK boosting players? Do they affect you?
Just leave them be :P

Most games have a limit to how many members you can have. SL doesn't.

What are you going to do with <sk> and <aka> and such? Delete their members?
They wouldn't be able to accept anymore new members.

it makes the ranking in the HoF unfair.

just thought i should mention all the characters you added to our clan <SOS> including gyu, and tell me that wasnt to get us up in the HoF
What I did WAS meant to boost <SOS>'s ranking in the HoF.

alrght so they couldnt accecpt any more members. The leaders arent going to be happy. All clan leaders have a goal to get more members. Imaging sk stpping at 350 and Tmb at 180. Tmb wants that first place title so badly. But becuase of this limit, they have to stay forever in second place. This also raises up the other questions, what if a friend wants to join a full clan? What would happen if suddenly all clans stop at 100 members and there would basically be no more member rankings. Everyone would be in 8th place  or such because <Aka> <Sk> <Tmb> etc. locked up the first few positions.

... And let's not forget that if clans have a member limit that they would kick out the Academy students - Jounin out of all their clans for higher ranking people... for HoF purposes.

Yes thats what I just thought of as well.

This limit just has too many negatives, and puts too much restrictions on clans.
