Applicant history
« on: March 14, 2007, 12:24:37 PM »

I just formed a clan (called the Katizi Clan join it) and I'm getting applicants but I'm worried I might accept a spy in. So I propose on the mail about X person is applying that it has

something like this if they were in any other clans if not there would be none. (this is my clan history before founding KATC)

Clan history:

but thats just my 2 cents

Only the founder and leaders can remove members from the clan. I think enough has been about about this spy thingy.

To have the server track something like that will slow it down exponentially, if I'm not mistaken.

What would be the point really? Just about everyone execpt for me have at least ONE alt account. Just ask the members in your clan if they are a spy before you accept them.

I totally agree with the four previous posts.  As long as a spy doesn't have a authoritative or influencing position within the clan, the person is just taking space.  A way to possible eliminate some of those problems is to make sure that people in your clan stay active.  People that form extra accounts to spy, usually just leave there account in your clan and rarely play them.  A true new student to the game will be gleaming to play the next game day, not wait 2 weeks till he or she plays again.

If it's necessary... I could do it.

Yet it would be somewhat of a pain and a performance loss as I can't directly control the clan processes, I have to fork a way around that.

Yet: if somebody feels the clan gets empty by somebody, then just mail me. I have a debuglog that tracks such stuff....

O GREAT ALMIGHTY NEJI!

We want from you is to update the member rank on which members can promote/demote members. Don't concern yourself with this jibba-jabber...

Well, I need assistance then. I just tested it out on my son's account again. He is able to promote/demote people at clan rank 11.

Yes, the option was there. It wasn't grayed out.

i'm not sure that at rank 11 you should be able to promote or demote anyone else. Just my opinion.
