Weapons: sword hilt that uses water as the blade, and can change to any type of bladed weapon, from a short sword to a claymore.

Signature Jutsus:

Hyaku Hyouhen Soubatsu- Shigeo charges chakra into his palm and dashes towards the opponent. If he manages to grab hold of them, he can freeze the water molecules in their body into small shards of ice, and draw them out at a high speed. However, it is focused only on the part of the body he grabs, and it takes 4-5 seconds to complete.

Giji Shourai- Shigeo causes his opponent to hallucinate and envision a false attack coming from the side or behind. While they are distracted, he can launch an uncontested attack on their flank.

Hateshinai Genkaku Buriza-do- Shigeo causes his opponent to believe they are trapped in a never ending blizzard in the middle of a frozen wasteland. However, he must make eye contact to initiate the jutsu.

Pa-puru Nyuubou- Shigeo lunges forward and grabs an opponent's...er...well, he gives them a purple nurple. This can lead to rather interesting situations with kunoichi.



Voila. I don't have any special abilities, Kekkei Genkai, or summon, and I still made a very lethal ninja.
