@ace: there might be tension but it's like they are goin to curse each other out or anything (after all that's forbidden lol)
and like i said, the two enemies can freely talk about it in the room....it's like a special place where everyone is neutral and talk about clan related issues....another example is that a clan leader may want to combine his clan w/ a few other clans...instead of pming each of clan leader through pms, s/he can just simply post the idea out there and who's interested can reply to it.....that's one example, probably rare though >.>
