Nope.I tend to avoid things that give me nightmares.But the zombies are made by a virus in most cases and as such the virus could infect other animals and still have the same effect.

I think that is just for movies but in videogames animals can get effected.Either way it wouldnt hurt to be prepared for zombie animals just in case.
