i would like to actually see  new race's in the game that would be cool not a new village unless the makers want to take more time to make one but just  new race's with new benefits like rain,grass,ice,or lightning race

Would it be possible for Stone to one day be a race?And you have to get there if you want to be a stone ninja?Or is it just going to be an extra village?

It is always possible to change the name.
You know, make the Current Stone, say, lighting (and shut that thread up), and make another village for Cloud Ninja.
