Don't you think we need one or two more mods who can validate avatars? so far i think we have about 2 or 3 but sometimes it takes about a day to get the new avatar put up so do you think that maybe Tau or another mod who is willing to can be given the power to validate them?

Don't worry though.   ;)

One day doesn't seem that long.
Though I don't think it will hurt to have another staff member who can validate avatars, one who is already a staff member.

Seems like a waste of a position and there is no way for Neji to pick a person based on how they validate pictures >.>

Not make a completely new mod to do that but someone thats already a mod. Varu, Xaos, Tau Etc.
