I was doing "thrillseeking"... it took forever to load and when it did.....it said stuff about me flirting with hinata....then I got beaten to a pulp.....my new weapon dissembled....I have no money...I lose a permanint hitpoint and must fight le

It isn't a bug.

Just one of the bad outcomes of the event.
Just take out a loan from the bank and get a new weapon and go slumming for a while till you get some cash back.

I didn't get a choice tho....I just clicked " go thrillseeking" and out of the blue.....it says I was peeking at hinata in the woods. No choice to do anything....no introduction either

The part of you not clicking anything and that happening may be a bug but I think you may have clicked [i:a142cbf428]gaze at her[/i:a142cbf428] by mistake and didn't notice. That or Neji put in a whole new random.

The event I'm thinking of was taken off of a Naruto Episode. But the one you encountered may be a different random then the one I usually encounter. No idea.

:) if you click around or hit keys >hotkeys< on the keyboard while loading these are buffered normally.
And if the page accepts them (what it normally does) they are executed right after it.... so you simply hit the hotkey probably by accident and
