Alright this has happened to me a lot now:

Whenever i fight orochimaru now it says someone else has died in his place rather than him.

Not sure if this is wrong thread though, please move if it is.

It could be on the same lines as the wrong person doing the jutsu in the forest, if so this has been addressed and Neji is going to fix it.
Otherwise another thing to add to the list!
