ok im still pretty new but

why are these rules like you cant say the requirements for anything ie sand ninja
like really its hard to train for something you dont now how to train for
is it get 100% cc
3000 tai/gen/nin
is it 200,000 stam
is it 200,000 chakra
what i really dont think its fair not being alowed to be told stuff like this

now i am not talking about exam anwers or stuff like that

plz give me your reasoning behind this

Well. I think its beacase they don't wan't to spoil the game for those who are still acads.
Though several of them make pretty big hints. I now know how to get resengan for example.

Or how people know how to get SST, or the Advanced form of SST. These are things people learn while they play and devolope their skills.
