Here it is, folks. Revealed in the book that came with Kakashi Gaiden. Revealed when he meets that woman he falls in love with.

When and where was that second link? It looks like it was sometime in the manga, but I can't put my finger on it.

It's from an Omake attached to the third databook titled: "The Revelation of Kakashi's True Face."
Don't know where you'd be able to find a link though.

Not completely sure, but I think this same thing may have been shown at end of one anime episode too in shippuuden, one of those goofy things.

Troll kishi is troll, all this time and it was actually the real deal.
