Clan Link Option

Uchiha Madara:
With all the RP that goes on between clans, I'm hoping its possible to have an option to link to up to others, that isn't restricted to clan leaders, but require them to initiate . Sort of like the options in Ze Gypsy Tent but includes everyone. I think such a feature would benefit almost everybody:

1.  It would make joint clan events easier as well as communication.
2. No need to temporarily leave your clan in order to RP with another.
3.  RP in the clan halls can go uninterrupted while at the same time leaving the zones free for mostly fight related purposes.
4. No need travel all the way to Otogakure for clan leaders to talk things over or make dealings.

Ace:
For example

1) Clan A wants to have access to the halls of Clan B (possibly others as well)
Clan B must accept in order for that to occur

2) Clan A wants to have some sort of a link to Clan B. That may be done so via joint clan hall room specifically for Clan A and Clan B

Am I laying this out reasonably?

It was? I'm assuming since it wasn't implemented, the consensus was a no?
