Consequences for Going Over Mastery [vote]
« on: October 26, 2016, 04:46:24 AM »

This is the vote thread for this discussion:

http://forum.shinobilegends.com/index.php/topic,8941.0.html

This one was a little trickier because I had to actually read the entire thread in order to know what the two options really could be. The main proposals were auto-loss and gradual loss of control until defeat.

1) If a host goes over their mastery for any reason at any time during a biju match, it results in a forfeit.

2) If a host goes over their mastesry for any reason at any time during a biju match, it results "Destiny Song" situation where the user has 4 turns to either win the match or get the beast back under control. Should the host fail, then he or she dies, resuling in a victor for a surviving challenger or a GM controlled battle for the beast, the choice of the two to be decided on in a different vote.

1) Vote Count: 9

2) Vote Count: 1

I vote 1.

If they knowingly break a rule, they should face the punishment.

I'll have to second this.

The first option sounds reasonable.

Vote 1 is good, the second can be easily exploited.

But my question, if this is the place for questions, what about going over mastery outside of a Bijuu fight?

And Athos:

That's the discussion thread. In response to your question, outside of a biju fight of any nature (such as training) then it would probably default to RP norms there.
