What are the limitations for number of challenges that a single player challenger may issue? If the player reaches the challenge limit, then he/she must withdraw an active challenge or forfeit an active match in order to issue a new challenge.

A single player challenger may only issue 1 challenge at a time: 2

A single player challenger may issue 3 challenges at at time: 4

A single player challenger may issue 1 challenge per tailed beast: 0

No restriction on the number of challenges that a challenger may issue: 1
