A while back when my friend and I first started playing this game, he got banned.  He said that the reason why he was banned was because he plundered a mod's dwelling.  Now I checked the rules and nowhere does it say that you can get banned for doing this.  Is this abuse of power or what?  I'm just curious as to whether this is allowed or not.

I highly doubt this was the reason for his/her's banning, more likely it was for spamming, swearing, or other related reasons.

I didn't think that you could ban someone for something like that.  And I can see where your coming from...but he had absolutely no reason to lie about it.  When I hear from him again I'll get the details.  But he did tell me that he managed to ask the mod why he got banned...and at that point he got IP banned

Well that makes it alot harder to believe because at that time, (Depending on how far back it was) the only mod who can permanent ban someone would be Neji o.0

The account that he did it under was either kakeru or kakeruX.  If you could check please as to how he actually got banned I would really appreciate it

Ohhh.

That account was permanently banned for advertising another LOTGD site if I remember. He wasn't banned for plundering a house.

Okay well thanks again.  Sorry if I had you do more work that needed, but from what he told me it sounded like someone banned him because he had plundered a house.  Now I know the truth, so I'm done here.
