Do you know how in the villages we have the option to choose RP and OOC?
Well, I think it's amazing and I think it would be even more awesome if you brought that option to clans.
If your clan is not one of the major villages in RP, you sorta don't have a place to rp. To circumvent this, most people just RP in the clan halls...but it's mixed up with OOC stuff.
Basically, I'm asking if you can bring the RP and OOC option to clans.

It is, but a lot of people can't grasp that idea. For example, I RP'd in the empty town while a fight was going on. I just made sure my character was in another area. I don't think those people minded too much either, because they still kept on with their fight. A lot of people have problems here with spacial awareness and time. More-so time. I can understand how people who are in clans that don't have main villages would appreciate this function, but would it really be necessary? The OOC boards for the villages already aren't used that much. Some cities (Jise) are a virtual ghost town.

I know, it's very possible to live without it. I've done it for all the time I've been here.
But I was just thinking, the less clutter the better. Maybe it's doable, ya know?

I propose making it an option that you can buy as Clan Head, or even from Mission HQ, since every clan currently in existence getting the OOC/RP split would be kind of unecessary. However, it might would be easier just to have one for all in that kind of situation since it would probably require extra coding to put limitations on it.

I now in Suna clan we mix the RP and OOC up randomly. And people have mentioned it is difficult for them to tell the difference. WE make do for now. I would not object to it being all across the boards or as a DP perk. Because Eric does have a point. Is it going to clutter things up to have that extra board active in dead clans?

How would it clutter them? If it's a dead clan then neither board is being used. :P

I do not know how moding for the server goes.
Does it take up valuable resources and space that would be better put to use in another aspect?

Not as easy as the chat in the village places :shock: sadly.
I'll see if I can do something about it, generally not a bad idea.
The base programming is a bit of a hack for the village chats, so I have to test a few things out first.

YOU MAD MAN NEJI. YOU ACTUALLY DID IT. I FEEL FRKN SPECIAL.
To be honest, what made me ask this was because Uzushiogakure, a fledgling village at the time, had no board. Then we got a board, but still, it sucks that Ame and other player made villages had no board unlike the cannon villages (Ame is cannon lol). This is a game changer in terms of RP, so thanks Neji-samasenpai.
