So....basically, you're now suddenly wanting to do the eerie similar idea that I gave
To be fair, he told me the gist of this before he even had Kurama. Just not the list itself. This really is a long time coming.

At this point, instead of a council moderating Bocc like when I got voted in, it's four or five Boccs moderating themselves. So why not? Let them judge themselves too. It's not like it wouldn't get to them in an appeal.

It says in my bio what bijuu I host, and you all know I host the 9 tails. If anyone didn't know they could pm me.
They aren't saying you're doing anything wrong or anything, they're just saying that the way it's listed in the official lists is that it looks like you're the host for all of them. It's just proposing a simple word change for the lists for people that have more than one bijuu.

It's not a bad idea at all.

My medical condition has been deteriorating to the point that I spent the rest of the night after work yesterday coughing up blood (like, 99% blood, not just a bit of red in my spit or whatever), so I'm going to just end this now instead of making it go another week when I'll probably been in the hospital or dead.

So, Athos wins, whatever.

You forget Suna has/had a puppet squad. There have been a few crop up there.
Has.
Conker's still conkin' every now and then. Dunno if he has human puppets though.

I know MasterOrochimaru did, but I don't think he's been around in like.. 7-8 years.

Village Square / Re: Defining Strongest Shield
« on: March 15, 2017, 06:59:07 AM »
However if you look at the page for Third Raikage, RnY is listed under his repertoire of techniques. Hell Stab One-Finger Nukite is considered his "strongest spear", right? Well the parent technique listed under that is RnY, mind explaining how something is completely different than his "strongest shield"? So naturally the parent technique would enhanced his  incredible durability earned through selective breeding; like how his son has it.
Because no can just punch or kick hard enough to outclass jutsu without power ups. Both are still just nicknames, not techniques themselves. The difference is that the spear is an actual technique, the shield isn't. You don't activate or use your skin. It just is.

Yet no one provided a citation for the technique itself, just listed information from the page of the Third Raikage. If the technique itself existed, wouldn't a page exist on the original wikipedia?
Because it's not one. It's literally just a nickname his skin owns.

From looking back at the discussions on the wikipedia, the page was deleted on account that it's a trait earned through the Third Raikage. Which in this case, like Trev said. You can't claim traits, when it's not a technique itself. I can literally go claim it without having to jump through hoops with Athos.

I don't understand what you don't get if you can make this deduction.

Saying it's a technique is like saying "Running fast is a technique"
This is 100% accurate.

"The Yellow Flash" is not a technique. It's a nickname he got for using a technique. That's what the Spear is. The Shield is similar, but rather than named for a technique, it's named for a physical trait.

Unless someone can show me a citation from the original naruto wikipedia, where it states that the Strongest Shield isn't exactly as I just described it. I'll gladly rebuke my comments, but until then there really isn't any prerequisites to claim it as Eric stated, other than having RnY; which means anyone can legitimately claim it.

"He would, however, become renowned for his extraordinary level of durability, endurance, and strength above all else, to the point where his body itself would become reputed as the "strongest shield" (最強の盾, saikyō no tate).[11]"
"A's most impressive and renowned trait was his extremely durable body, earning the name, the "strongest shield" (最強の盾, saikyō no tate)"
http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/A_(Third_Raikage)

It's literally just a nickname for his bod. It's not a technique at all.

Back when my friends and I were trying to start a youtube channel we had an editor who in the like 4 months we recorded videos finished one part of one video and put it out.

Shortly after, I tried to make a video on my own and spent hours doing essentially nothing. I no longer blame the editor for not getting more done. Still never really figured out what I was doing and just gave up on that pipe dream.

« on: March 09, 2017, 08:48:14 AM »
As for toppings, I'm a meat guy but don't really like pepperonis. Maybe I haven't had good ones, but most of the time I feel like it just makes the pizza unnecessarily greasy
100%

Thick crust, stuffed with cheese preferred, but not needed. Pizza Hut's stuffed crust with the Hut Seasoning or the garlic butter has it on lock, but homemade can be just as good. Not a fan of thin crust and Chicago is way too saucy for me. I want a pizza, not a tomato pie.

Load that bitch up with all the meats. Sausage, Italian sausage, bacon, hamburger, chicken, steak, ham, you name it, I want it. But don't you dare sully that cheese with a greasy mess of pepperoni. Keep that outta here.
Black olives are cool, but of the other veggies I can eat (vitamin k is a no-no), none belong on a pizza.

You got cheese breads? You got garlic knots? You got wings? Cool. I'll take whatever. That shit's just as universal as the pizza itself. It goes with everything and they go great together.

Now I'm fucking hungry for pizza and it's 2am on a weekday, so nothing's open. Fuck.

Well, since people who aren't directly involved feel the need to tell me I should be involved since I'm also fighting Athos, I suppose I will get involved. And despite what those parties are telling me, they're wrong.

Look at the timestamps of their posts. If you honestly believe Athos' first RP post is more than 7 days after Rusaku made the thread, then you need to go back to grade school and probably surrender any authority or power you think you have, because there's no need for such a blatant display of stupidity to hold any sort of sway, honestly. Like, yea, I'd love for Athos to just hand me Kurama, but I'm not taking him out on a false technicality in someone else's fight.

So, leave me alone now please.

Considering Athos did not active his Sage Mode to perform his jutsu until after sensing the water bullets, and he made no effort to avoid or protect himself, several would undoubtedly pelt the man given their speed. Even those that were fired after the gas began to once again coat the arena would not find themselves magically stopped and would continue their decent towards the man, though without the constant acceleration the chakra provided. As for the already formed water, it would fall, likely absorbing and carrying with it a large amount of the fog into the blood below. The acidic blood would mix with the liquid and create even more water, which in turn creates even more blood.

Seeing the man's attempt to overcome his acid with his alkali, Butai simply sank back into the continuously growing pool of red. While doing so, he adjusted his jutsu as his eyes observed the effects of the fog. Rather than spreading his chakra through the sanguine sea to control it, he instead moved all of his chakra to the bottom and created a small current. With no chakra near the surface, and fresh acidic blood being moved to the top, it would slowly convert the fog to water (thus creating more blood) without damaging his chakra supply. Of course, he'd continue to create blood while inside his ocean. Lucky for him, his blood creation was basically medical ninjutsu. Once done, it wouldn't be undone by any chakra removal, not that his control would allow it regardless. It would simply continue to exist.

Not wishing to be the only one on the defensive, Butai would also cause several thousand of the blood cells to break apart. He'd then use the iron that makes up the hemoglobin to grow more iron, finally using the other half of his, heh, bloodline. It would only take a moment for him to have a thousand iron needles. The needles sank almost to the bottom of the crimson pond before being launched upwards at Athos by the blood itself, similarly to a crossbow and ensuring that no chakra remained inside of them to be drained.

Yea, good one. My friend killed themselves on Sunday and today's the first chance I had to properly break down, so whatever. Take your shots. I'm too numb for them today.

When the original template was made I left it widely open to the host's desire which route they took. The possibility of someone abusing the IC choice had a safeguard added on to it in that case.

"Hosts must make an RP post in public once every fourteen (14) days while not engaged in an active challenge."

Hosts have to post in a public place everyone can access. This usually means the zones for some and for most their respective villages. IC bijuu hunting isn't as popular as OOC in any matter which is why the rules regarding IC are lax.

I've been to Kiri, Amegakure, and Kusagakure all for a bijuu IC. Two of those IC hunts caused a village attack and the other one ended with the host agreeing to leave the village as to not put the village in danger. (IC that makes sense so it was a nice change)

Hey, that's exactly what I said.
Don't start drinking at 9 am on your day off, kids.

And I was letting you know that what you said was already said years ago.
I know. I'm insulting myself, not you.
Or maybe, I should have drank more. Because I haven't killed my emotions and my thinkbox can still form sentences that my fingers can type. Hmm.
