As many requested a bulletin board or whatsoever, I first have finished the one I had in work for some time (but priorities did shift all the way along):
Clan Mail
What it can do: you can send to all your comrades (copy to yourself) a mail. That's it.
Same restrictions as you have with normal mails, YET it costs a few gold pieces (currently 10*clan members) to make it less attracting to spam a big clan all over with mails.
Only Leaders or above (founders) can use this feature. If there is a need that officers or above need it also, just let me know.
Personal Allowances would cost more time to program and I don't see a real good point in it... you won't let a low member post mails to all members, and high members should have it anyway.

This is an awesome feature :D, not I can mail everyone for a clan party!!!!!

I beleive to allow officers upp allow this to because a lot of clans just have one leader (30) when they might not be very active , yes someone could just down the memberlist but and pm people but com on.

This is really helpful, now when we have our clan votes everyone can get a chance to vote even if they didn't come to the clan hall.

all non applicants from the same clan should receive it.
I tested it on the test server.

No problems here Neji, Great job. I can have my members be better updated since they wont look inside the clan halls. ><

It's just like regular mail... it still says it's from the whoever sent it, and you can reply back to them through that message as well. The benefit being there is no need to copy and paste anymore. Oh, the joy!

i had fun replying to my own mail <.<;
and i remember what happened when it came online.... i thougth the whole clan MoTD was broken since i was updating it....... i got scared <.<;;;;

I'm going to send out a clan survey using the mass mail... with 100 donation points as the reward for filling it out. ^_^V Not that I particularly NEED to increase clan activity, I've got my hands full and then some since my hubby's computer broke.. T_T But! <SOY> will be number 1!!! Yesss!!!
