Do you have a set group of people that you usually play with?
Do you look through the warriors list and just message someone who's bio looks interesting to you? And if you do, do you start OOC or IC?
Do you only post on the boards and interact there?
Or do you just wait for people to message you to RP with you?

By and large, I've been RPing with the same bunch for the past two years or so. Most of that bunch has been here on the forum at least once. Outside of that though, mostly clanmates and lingering people from my friend list from back in the day.

I have message random people before. Not to rp, but just talk to. I post on any board I feel like on an account I'm on. as for set group I do have one or I pick one to stay around.
Like I stuck around Oto for a few years and now I'm sticking around Iwa. Usually someone will interact with you on village boards.
As for waiting for people to message you there's always Miyamoto Batou. I'm sure he's asked everyone by now. ^_^
