Feature Requests / Re: Village Change: Jiseigakure to Amegakure

Honestly though, rather than lose Hoshi or Jisei, I would just as soon see another village board created to become Ame. Unless there is some finite number of village boards a LotGD can accommodate, then why not? If we truly are wanting more places to RP, then why delete anything just for a name change instead of adding a whole other place?

I don't want to see another village board, 'cause that'll only result in me losing my travels and forest fights real quick. Maybe in the near-future, we can add another village, though, only if Neji will fix this entire travel points gimmick.

A new trailer posted on the official site of the series revealed that JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 4: Diamond wa Kudakenai (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable) will be receiving a TV anime adaptation. More information will be announced at a later time.

The manga, which is both written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki, was originally serialized in Weekly Shounen Jump for 18 volumes between the period of April 14, 1992 and November 21, 1995. The Jojo's Bizarre Adventure franchise has previously received multiple OVA and TV anime adaptations, with the most recent one being JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken: Stardust Crusaders 2nd Season which premiered on January 10, 2015 and ended on June 20 of the same year.

Synopsis
The fourth story arc of JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken series. The coastal town of Morioh is plagued by the "Bow and Arrow," an ancient artifact which manifests latent stand abilities in criminals and ordinary folk alike. At the same time as they are dealing with the huge influx of stand users—both good and bad—in Morioh, high schooler Jousuke Higashikata and his friends are searching for the culprit of a series of homicides.

Feature Requests / Re: New Village Proposition?

The Chunin Exams? But, that doesn't really hit the ground till December, and probaby won't finish till March. That's like, 5 months or so. D:

It doesn't make sense to have a Chuunin Exam and a 'War' at the same time.
Because the effects of the war would ripple to chuunin exam and then it would turn into a big mess.
Let's prove Kay wrong and make some character development happen here.

Besides, wouldn't the 'War on Uzu' last longer than 5 months?

Unless I'm the one attacking, probably.
After having witnessed your most recent fights, I have no doubt that the excursion would end long before 5 months.

You've emptied your whole clip just now. #ShotsFired

maybe Uzio getting their village first might encourage more people to attack it.

While I am definitely not going to work on any wiki anytime soon for Shinobi Legends, I am, however, at work on a free claimed list that's reserved for tools, items, whatsoever. Not techniques though as it's too time-consuming to search up every single jutsu there is in the series of Naruto. Why am I doing this you may ask? Well, for one reason, people has been asking that for some time now and two, I am going to put an end to this claiming spree some people are doing at the moment of course.

we just want some frkn rules man. There's no order in this current chaos.

Good luck trying to convince people to abide of you guys' rules.

So which one of us is going to pull the trigger and make a new wiki? >>

I could, and I can make a wiki akin to Narutopedia or Yuumei's wiki. Though, it's entirely dependent on my willpower. So the possibility of me creating the wiki is highly unlikely.

I'll update the first guideline every now and then if something comes to mind, also, once I get home from library, I'll answer your questions pertaining the Tailed Beast challenges.

On another note, stay on-topic. Seriously, take all that stuff over to the Naruto or Spam sections, not here.

Au contraire, even Gai/Lee type ninjas can have a metric fuckton of chakra, they just have little to no ability to use it in complex applications such as nin-/genjutsu.

Ah, nearly forgot. Makes sense considering Guy's stamina is sky-high if we take the databooks into consideration. Gonna edit right away on the Eight Gates part.

Guide #1
Tailed Beast Guidelines

How to become a Jinchuriki

I. You must have a character with NO bloodline powers, nor the Eight Celestial Gates.

II. Only Genin can start as a Jinchuriki.

III. Only ONE Jinchuriki is allowed per village when considering starting out. This is to balance the power between nations.

IV. You write into your history how the Tailed Beast was obtained, the struggles you had/have to deal with being a host, and how your relationship with the beast stems. The Village Leader or Second-in-Command will review your character, and if they find it above par in every way, excellent in all conditions, you may be given the opportunity to become the Jinchuriki. Keep in mind, your character must be granted the Tailed Beast via sealing IN-CHARACTER. If you can show the public how you obtained the Tailed Beast in paragraphs, your character will be finalized and you will be added to the official Jinchuriki list.

V. Characters that start out as a Jinchuriki will have a one month probabtion period, any time during that month they fail to be active, they lose the Jinchuriki spot, and we act like they never had it in the first place, and it goes back on the list.

VI. Only ONE account per Jinchuriki, alt accounts can not claim them. This is to ensure that the users can not benefit one of their characters. If a member fails to maintain activity, they can no longer host a Tailed Beast on that character.

VII. The Jinchuriki are under the direct supervision of the Village Leader or Second-in-Command, and has the final verdict as to the approval of their retrospective Jinchuriki.

Where does 8 Gates fit into all this and Sage Mode?

Sage Mode characters are super difficult to make in terms of powerlevel but I think you can pull it off if your character is either physically worthless in almost every other area or can't hold a candle to the likes such as Hashirama in terms of strength with the Sage Mode activated. Here are some tips:

I. Design your character a mentor who is also a Sage/Pseudo-Sage like Jiraiya. They can't exactly teach themselves the Sage Mode.

II. Give your character a summon that stands out from the Toads, Snakes or Slugs.

III. Pick a specialty and have your character stick with it. For example, your character possesses the Bat Sage Mode abilities (i.e, Sound Genjutsu) but they aren't physically strong enough to engage in a full-on combat. Basically, they are strong with long range but when they actually have to fight hand-to-hand, they lose right away. [This is just an example, but you get the idea.]

IV. Stick with one summon species, especially if you're going to be throwing in Sage Mode.

V. Give them lots of ability-related flaws that correspond with their summon. If your summon is more of a physical type, give them Nin/Gen/Fuinjutsu-related flaws. If they use Genjutsu, make them fail at Taijutsu and give them horrible stamina. Make them suck at certain things so badly that it makes sense that they have this skill.

Eight Gates? Eh, it's overpowered. Really, really overpowered, but I think it's justifiable. If it is your character's main or only source of power, then it becomes possible to use. If they have more, then you should avoid it at all cost. If you really want to create a character who utilizes the Eight Gates as their primary fighting style, I'd go for the Rock Lee and Might Guy route. Both Rock Lee and Might Guy have issues using their chakra, which is why they became Taijutsu specialists and mastered the Eight Gates Kinjutsu. Your character can still become a ninja, they just won't be able to follow the “standard” path. If I were you, I'd give your character a Taijutsu/Bukijutsu-centric style to combat their handicap to mold chakra.
