Growing increasingly irritated with the rubber, Juuzou would send out a surge of electrical energy through his feet and change the shape of the gold that he was touching (both the platform and throne) so that it would spike out and pierce through the rubber some that Bocch attempted to conceal him in.

His next move was to use the gold to escape the rubber by flowing through it like lightning. He stood in front of the rubber and the gold spikes that pierced through it.

Juuzou would raise his hand up towards the sky, "Enough of your insolence." He would launch a massive stream of lightning from his hand and send it upwards towards the clouds, "El Thor." The lightning would charge up the clouds surrounding the area, creating a Cumulonimbus cloud (or Thunder cloud).

Because the lightning that he shot out was made of his chakra, he was in full control it and would do so as he sent down two strikes of Lightning down over the area that the two of them stood. The attack would destroy the land, cracking the earth and burning the things it touched to a crisp.

Although rubber is an insulator, lighting is a very powerful discharge. To reach the ground, lightning must be powerful enough to travel through thousands of feet of air, which is also an insulator. If a discharge can't be stopped by that, then a few inches of rubber won't make a difference.

Juuzou would watch as his attack dissipated after coming into contact with the rubber. Much to his surprise, his thought to be invincible power was somehow overcome.

Juuzou tapped two drums on his back, this time a giant dragon shaped blast of lightning shot out in another attempt to harm Bocch, "Try this.. 60 Million Volt Julungul!" Although he was obviously aware of the rubber that threatened to surround him, he was not aware of the danger it placed him in.

Once he did this, he sent electricity through his feet so that it would mold the gold into a throne, this would also melt the rubber that surrounded his thin gold platform and hinder it's movements for as long as a few seconds before he decided to sit down, "How's that?! Yahahahahaha!!" He waited to see the outcome of his attack, "I am God!"

Immediately after seeing that his attack seemed to not affect Bocch, he instantly released the rest of his body from the staff. Now standing atop of his staff on one leg, he'd prepare to counter act against Bocch's rubber jutsu, "Gloam Paddling." He'd say as he used his electrical powers to heat and melt the end of the staff, that was touching the ground, into a concave shape. The rubber that appeared from under him would melt when it came into contact with the melted gold, this would continue until the ground around him was gold and his staff was but the ground he was standing on. Juuzou would quickly place his hand on the ground where the gold lay and take hold of it. In his hand was now a trident. His focus was entirely on Bocchas he'd prepare to finally attack, "30 Million Volt Hino!" He'd tap one of the drums on his back and conjure up a giant hawk-shaped blast of lightning that he shoots towards Bocch in an attempt to completely annihiate him. This attack was noticeably quick and provided minimal chances to escape. And it should be noted that Bocch's arm that he withdrew was no more because of the hot gold that covered it.

It was a well known fact that Juuzou was made of lightning, similar to how a Hozuki is water, he is lightning. Due to this fact, even if Bocch somehow attempted to touch him he'd fail, not because he was untouchable or anything of the sort but because he'd vanish. Where could he have gone? The answer was Hirashin because Juuzou was also able to use this.

Unbeknownst to Bocch, Juuzou was able to listen to electrical sound waves that traverse the very air itself. In addition to his sensing abilities, this left him aware of Bocch's attack even if it wasn't almost immediately. Juuzou had used another form of Hiraishin and disappeared out of sight, leaving only his gold staff still in the air. As stated befofe, because he is lightning he also has the ability to travel through metal objects such as his staff. Even if Bocch attempted to touch him, he'd flow through the metal before he'd even realize.

After vanishing into his gold staff that should now be standing vertically right next to Bocch, his upper body would appear at the top of it with his lower still inside the staff. His hands would each stay at one side of Bocch's head, "10 Million.. 20 Million Volt Vari!" He'd release a surge of electrical energy onto Bocch as this all happened in the span of seconds.

Juuzou turned his head towards Bocch after noticing him appear from the raging flames. He'd reply towards his remark, "Fool, this is what happens when you act out towards God!" He'd then stick his free hand out towards Bocch, a massive stream of lightning would exit his palm and, like lightning, attempt to zap the man before him, "El Thor! Yahahahahaha!!"

So I guess I'll choose the area we fight in. >>

Zone 4 - Fire Valley

Entering the area all a sudden in a mere flash of light was a tall muscular man who stood idle in the center of the zone. In his hand was a gold staff which he twirled along his fingers as he wait.

After hearing Shadow's mixtape that melted Bocch's face, I think that he should take a position as GM.

The worst part in my opinion. >>

I never realized how much I liked Jotaro until I met Josuke and at that point his terrible hair (Come at me bro!) was beginning to become unbearable. In the end I refuse to read part 4 and probably won't even watch the anime.

*Cringe*

So why don't we agree to some form of resistance. Even though Kakashi used Raikiri against Kakuzu's attack he still got his hands zapped by lightning.

Here's something unrelated, I just thought Hidan's face looked so done here. XD

But you can get hurt with your own jutsu. That was the whole shtick with the old raikage with the hell stab and strongest shield

I meant upon releasing.
Like if you release chidori current, you're not going to get shocked by your jutsu.
Or if you use chidori, then your hand is not going to feel numb.

It's only after you apply the jutsu to yourself that you then get hurt.

Ok I got you. And don't stress yourself out about Ryu, Mei.

He's right, I have no friends. So just let me have this one chance to be me.

So what is the answer we shall come to, Immunity or no? >> let's decide based on the info and logic I have gathered being the reliable guy I am.

It's just what Bocch says. Shinobi can get hurt by their own techniques.

http://m.mangatown.com/manga/naruto/v44/c412/14.html

What are you showing me?
Sasuke did a chidori that hurt his comrade and B.
Sasuke wasn't hurt. >.>
Well there are many ways to interpret it. You could say Suigetsu was hurt as a result of his own jutsu and Bee was hurt because he goofed by using Raiton in water. >>

Maybe you're the blind one. Right now, that 'Sasuke didn't get burn from Madara's jutsu' is literally the only 'example' you have right now while I can probably pull up half-dozen examples stating the contrary. >.>

Are you people blind? Sasuke was right in front of Madara, he was basically in the center of the attack. Naruto was further away from Madara and still got burned with all the other poor fodder shinobi that got blown away.

And why would Sasuke put Raiton chakra over himself when he's being sprayed with water. Logic much? Unless I missed that part where he was planning on committing suicide.

....chill much?

Sasuke obviously using chidori current when he got hit with suiton.

http://www.mangareader.net/naruto/461/3

For why Sasuke did not get burn from the jutsu is the possibility that the jutsu is like an hurricane.
The center is safe while everything around the center is not, similar to Suiton: Suijinheki

A hurricane? It's a smokescreen, Madara is literally releasing burning ash from his mouth, there is no "eye of the hurricane" in sight. This could also mean Madara, who is the caster of the jutsu, was not affected because he was immune or he just healed instantly because of his Hashirama DNA + Sage mode healing.

Do you even know what you just said? You're contradicting yourself. If he had no immunity to Raiton then he'd be sending himself straight to hell by using Chidori Nagashi while being sprayed by water.

-Wonders what's the difference between Bocc and the OP individuals claiming a bunch of OP things-

You already answered it. Bocch actually gets his OP things by working for it where as these individuals just straight up claim these abilities without so much as doing any work then whine and complain on the forum when they lose to someone who obtained their abilities through, you guessed it, their own abilities.
