Village Square / Clan/Bloodline
« on: November 13, 2014, 04:58:12 AM »
I was just wondering..is anyone a single clan and or bloodline? Like...an Uchiha? Born an Uchiha..awaken a sharingan..just a regular Uchiha? No Senju dna, or implants of any kind? Is anyone an Uzumaki? Just an Uzumaki? When I first joined the site and got into roleplay I aspired to be a full blooded Uchiha. Then I soon realized nearly everyone who was considered "powerful" was either a hybrid or contained multiple bloodlines and or Kekai Genkai. I also noticed a vast majority lists and actively uses more than two elements as well. I don't mean to sound like a hypocrite at all. But if I asked..would someone humor as to why so many shinobi and kunoichi just..stat wise are so strong? I mean of course no one wants to be weak right? But..so little diversity. I'll be hones though I'm a huge fan of cannon, and naming techniques when I fight that way the jutsus properties can be common knowledge well sort of. Or analysed to the point where anyone with basic naruto knowledge can. What about when the technique is made-up. That's cool too but I also like the wika, the naruto wikia that the SL community has is a great way of documenting things and characters. I wish more characters used that instead of the in-game profiles with thir character restrictions.

I'm as high as a kite right now and I'm pretty sure this whole thing is a muddle. But I haven't posted and I felt like posting.

Discussions / Your Favorite Shippuden Fight Scenes
« on: November 09, 2014, 02:59:34 AM »
So what are your favourite shippuden fight scenes and why?

Well I'm an Obito Fan however I always respected those like Madara, Itachi, Pain (in-directly Nagato) and Kakashi, Sasuke and Orochimaru, Hiruzen and I have to admit Kisame. Kakuzu has got some nice moves too.

My number one favorite fight scene would have to be Madara's combat debut in modern day. That's Shippuden episode 322. The climatic build up that I had literally gave me the chills, when he stood off against the platoon of hundreds of allied shinobi I got so "turnt up" I had to lean over in my seat.
The soundtrack though, the soundtrack..yes I know I sound so much like a "dude" repeating myself I'm just so satisfied with what was done. (I feel like making gifs of the entire scene right now :P)

My number two has to be Obito and Kakashi's hand to hand trial in Obito's time/space dimension in epsisode 375. It was just nicely done, the use of his chain, Kakashi's ability to continue on though he was clearly still coming to grips with the reality that he was fighting his comrade and friend. But the most powerful thing I felt was the music, OMG the music...the soundtrack for that scene was so perfect.

I'd like to point out in both my favorite scenes the music was simply..magical and it really did add to the experience I felt as a fan. Love the above scenes.

Sarada is Haruno-Uchiha, if she's not Kishimoto would've ruined it for me. If Sasuke slept with Karin at some point I'd be damned disappointed in him too.

Wut? Sasuke has gotten so used to being on the road/move I would be surprised if he settled well into being... Well, tied down. But yeah, I agree, it is nice that he finally got his cock out of the shed, if even for one good timey night.

Unfortunately, this means that the Uchiha clan is not extinct.  :( Which means, give it another few generations, and we'll be right back to where we started.

;)

I like the way Salad's demeanour and appearance seems to be just like Sasuke's. The way her brain works seems to be like his too, then she shouts out "Shannaroooo" a trait of Sakura. Haha, adorable! Yes I said adorable  8) don't judge me. I don't think that he is thought at one point I was starting to think he was too when he seemed totally uninterested in Karin even at an age when male hormones are raging. But I'm so proud of him. I knew he would do it! I wonder what the hell Sasuke does now though? Sannin? Why is he still wondering? He practically spent most of his teen years away from Konoha. Having a wife and child now you'd think he'd be home.

The girl with the glasses has to be Sasuke and Sakura's kid! Yes! Yes! Yes! Sasuke you did it man. You did itttttt!

I'm very satisfied with the ending although I'll admit some pairings are rather bizarre some I saw coming, others are a nice surprise. Overall I have to say a good job Kishimoto, I feel so proud to be twenty (20) years old and have been a fan of this awesome series since I don't even know when!

It's the last anime/manga I've followed and it's been on it's own for me for years. I'm looking forward to the mini series that's coming next. I'm happy, so happy now. I'm really happy for Sakura most of all, she's pined after Sasuke for as long as I knew her and it appears she's gotten what she wanted. Naruto on the other hand, I don't hate him at all anymore, I was such a Sasuke fan boy in my earlier years I just loathed Naruto because Sasuke did. :)

I'd be happy to lend my wisdom and opinion in any bijuu matter. Unbiased and sound.

I have no idea but I'm sad that it's ending I feel like my childhood has finally slipped away. It's very depressing actually, not in a real way but it's just ..wow. I remember when I started watching Part one of the series on Cartoon Network. I didn't even know what a "Manga" was until Shippuden started airing. It was then when I dove headfirst into Kishi's incredible world.

My prediction is that it'll end with Naruto and Sasuke co-coinciding the way Hashirama and Madara dreamed of bringing their people "the people" together from childhood. Now I know that's far fetched but it'll be a shame if their similar roles don't play out in a different fashion, I also think it'll be awesome if it doesn't cause what the heck? The world is a cruel place.

That's how it should be, knowing when and with whom to pick your fights is only wisdom. Now in-character wise one could fall upon bad fortune in a predicament where he or she cannot escape and must face a much much more powerful foe. In reference to your question Eric I do agree that no matter the outcome the bijuu should go to the OOC character that challenged you through the community's standards to obtain the bijuu.

So will an official thread be made with a poll to show the most nominations? Who from mentioned council sees the nominations? Is this where said nominations are to be placed? Due to my lack of knowledge on the community at large I withdraw my current nomination and bid you all and the village of Sand good luck.

You're all so cold, too real for me. I like fake people, real people hurt your feelings just as much as fake people. I think I'm losing my mind, I haven't been making sense of anything at all lately. I vote for the Chusaki shinobi-fellow.

Awwwww @ Kayenta

You're like those sour patch kids in those sour patch kids commercials. First you're sour, then you're sweet...err kind of.   :D

And here's another totally irrelevant meme:

I've voted already, sorry for drifting off-topic.

Don't underestimate the visual prowess of the Uchiha and our insatiability pertaining to war and destruction. Though we continuously fail, we are and will always be forces to stop, like flies on your sh#$ that simply must be eradicated to be stopped. Either way, I Uchiha Rinn declare war on the Hidden sand. - I'm just kidding. I wanted to see how that sounds.
