Same way that Six Paths of Pain bodies count; toward your own action pool. Three standard.

Though I've heard before that you can have additional if more than one attack is made against you, in order to have a chance in defending each one. Like, when five people send attacks your way, you can defend against each one. But if you're able to deflect those attacks with one move, such as Shinra Tensei, then would you be able to still have those additional actions to use?

I don't think creating a separate page for it was necessary. Just amending the main Rinnegan page is enough. It's like the Mangekyou Sharingan, where it's an eye that has slightly varied different appearances and powers that varies from user to user.

But to bring canon lore into this, the original Rinnegan should be considered the "purest", since Hagoromo is the dude where it came from. The Tomoe'd Rinnegan is something that was granted to Sasuke after being given half of Hagoromo's Six Paths Chakra.

Here's the thing though: If one is able to have both at the same time, then what keeps someone from simply using both at the same time? If we bend the rule here, then someone (most likely myself) will just Creation of All Things and Truth-Seeking Ball-spam whatever they want.

4
Something like that would defeat the purpose of having to choose which road to go down.

But if we do let people have the perks of both, then having Rinnegan + Sage Mode would be the must-have meta. (In that case, I'm jumping onto claiming both.)

Apply enough force to anything, and it'll be crushed.

Take this example with Wood Release.

Manipulating already-existent trees with your chakra is entirely possible. When two people try to manipulate the same wood with their chakra, then it should become some sort of tug-of-war. But controlling wood made from a person's body shouldn't be entirely controllable by another, unless there is consent given.

Take Jiraiya and Pain's fight for example. When Jiraiya uses Sage Art: Goemon, the Preta Path ate up all the produced Fire, Oil and Wind combination. Jiraiya, Shima, and Fukasaku created those elements from their own chakra, and since the Preta Path absorbs chakra, it by definition had the ability to overtake the technique by absorbing it.

Assimilate All Creation Technique supersedes the first example and automatically wins the tug-of-war battle. But in the way that it is used against Steel Release would be situational. If the golem was formed from already-existing steel, then AACT would be used as normal. But if it was created from someone's chakra, then it becomes complicated. Does this mean that Trev now has control over Athos' golem and chakra, or just Athos' golem?

@Jay Rinnegan does unblind an izanagi'd eye, as seen with Madara, because unlike sharingan which is an activated state the rinnegan is a base state of the eye, so once you achieve the evolution upon obtaining rikudou chakra the chakra will remodel even a izanagi/-nami -blinded eye into the rinnegan.
Well Madara could change state back and fourth, as seen here when he uses one of his clones to put A into a genjutsu with his Mangekyou Sharingan.

This actually makes things even worse, since theoretically you could now just revert to your Mangekyou, use Izanagi, go blind, just revert back to Rinnegan to restore it, and then repeat. If anything, there could just be a cool-down on being able to use your Mangekyou and it's abilities after going blind in it from this process. Like maybe a week or a month.

Technically one could Izanagi or Transcription Seal: Izanagi their way out of death from anything. Even if your body is consumed and obliterated in explosions from six billion explosive tags, activating Izanagi erases any sort of death scenario. It's all based on the Creation of All Things Technique really. Though for not being the Hagoromo Otsutsuki himself, who possessed the Six Paths Sage Chakra, the cost for anybody else who uses it is a Sharingan. A filler part of the anime even shows a single Uchiha using it to resurrect himself and some of his nearby clan members in battle. Though that would be a highly debatable feat in itself.

No, because progression to rinnegan merely remodels the eye to restore the lost sight, there is no 'chakra hax'. Even if one acknowledges izanagi and -nami still working on a rinnegan after that, it'd just go blind again after.

Though, in the canon, I don't completely understand what the problem was concerning Izanagi. Much like it's counterpart, using the technique causes the eye to go blind. Abusing something like this, by creating a technique which can cause your own eye to go blind? That's dumb. I'd let them go blind, they only get two uses. If they want to go blind, that's on them. If they need to survive to gain the upper hand, that's just strategy.

Though the notion of transplanting the technique into their eye in the event of their death is an amazing form of strategy, especially if the opponent was forced to use a lot of their chakra to do so... yes, good idea indeed. >.>
Blind until Six Paths Chakra hacks turn it un-blind and evolves it into a Rinnegan.

Would this mean that Uchiha with the Six Paths Chakra would be immune to going blind?

I think a better option for desktop users would be for hotkey customization, so only certain common actions that ever pop-up (forest, town, clan) will have only a few functions mapped. For example, when it comes to forest fighting, only the seeking out til end ones are mapped to a hotkey, while everything else is the usual point and click.

I'm sure this can work well for tablets and phones too, if users have a wireless keyboard or on-screen keyboard out.

Oh wow, I totally forgot about Sasuke's hawk. Welp, Summoning Technique (and by extension, Reverse Summoning Technique) can be used for inter-dimensional travel.

In the series, hiraishining without a marker, and using chakra only, had been done during the 4th Great War arc (I forget where, this particular topic has definitely been discussed before) and a fair many considered it to be unsuitable for SL use, believe it or not.

Not particularly related to the topic at hand, but isn't there a rule against using stuff from that part of the series? Or is that just a suggestion?
It's not an official rule at all. More like an agreement between certain players in the community. Were there anything official about it, I'm sure it would be an actual Biju rule.

A Tomoe-variant of the Rinnegan like Sasuke's is able to perform Mangekyou techniques, but it is inferred that this is merely the normal variant.

From what we've seen of Hiraishin, it only performs intra-dimensional travel. Amenotejikara is also able to do this. Techniques like Kamui, Amenominaka, Yomotsu Hirasaka, and Sasuke's unnamed dimension-traveling jutsu (which is granted by his special Rinnegan) allow inter-dimensional travel. Some can debate that the Summoning Technique when fueled with a vast amount of chakra (Hagoromo + all past kages) is also capable of doing both.

In short this situation should not be possible, but it is something both participants and judge rolled with. Things like this happen, and it's usually wise to consult with others on the nature and ability of certain things being performed in high-stake situations.

Village Square / Re: Sage Mode

Get good.

Some people like to have under-powered characters, while others like to max out and put whatever buffs they can for their skill tree. There are people who have found other ways to circumvent even the need for actively gathering Natural Energy, such as those who are of Jugo's clan.

I myself can have two ways of completely overcoming the active gathering. Either I use Strange Transmission Distant Shadow to integrate the Jugo clan's ability into myself to constantly be in Sage Mode, or I can just have a scroll of Shadow Clones that have pre-gathered Natural Energy loaded into my Kote.

I don't mean to pick on the Rinnegan, though the ability to instantly kill someone and learn every technique and acquire all their in-RP knowledge at the motion of a single poke doesn't sound terribly OP. Maybe the Rinnegan and Sage Mode just sound pretty over-powerful to those who either don't have them, or find difficulty in using their abilities and being diverse with them. Then again, skills and buffs can be insignificant when going against someone who is very good at RPing.

Strength = x + 1
Skill = x + 1
x = Opponent's strength or skill level

I don't think numbers can really quantify something like this well to find out who is really better in the end. Just look at Bernie and Hilary's numbers.

Couldn't you guys use something like "hah" when using it as an interjection for "ha"? From what I tested in Mission HQ, it's not censored.
