maybe this will be a good benefits for the members of a clan if there is a training grounds inside the clan hall, you can get experience from sparring and training.
Put a points gathering system or whatever that is to the clan, every member will gain points in a clan quest, for example, the akatsuki org. You need to kill good guys to gain a soul. Maybe 1 DK for a 5 clan training ground points, then the training will cost 2 points. In that case, the members will get a benifit in joining a clan, also other members will be active to their clans

Clans aren't really there to give in game benefit, just there to be a place for people together and help each other, have fun, and RP together.
