Bugreports / Maliarchiv went crazy?

itīs a little bit crazy,but every time i go through my mails in the archiv and i click to go forward it connect me with a annother mail.but this mail is not the chronological next.so what went wrong?

It is simple.Where i can change the avatar of my character(i mean not the avatar of the clan). i searched everywhere but i can find it
