How do you turn words different colors when u type?

what about color changing colors, like the ones INSIDE gems internal mysteries. i would like to know how to do that. i think neji knows cause he wrote them i guess. does anybody know how? ? ? ? ?

Maybe, Neji just used that rainbow turning writing for that only. It would be very hard to read in the gardens if everybody's writing was in rainbow and changing colors..... It would also probaly slow down the server... maybe..... I don't know i'm just guessing that.....
