I think that there should be a certain sensei system for genin and under, there is a default game sensei but player can get players as senseis if that player excepts, the student will get a small buff boost such as senseis training, this option and buff will go away once the player hits chuunin, and no one can become a sensei until they are at least jounin level.

and I don't believe that we should have an "infinity buff until you are chuunin"

I think they are fine the way they are.

Like this:

The teacher is tired from teaching his pupil. (-30% of next day's turns)

The pupil spent all night working on his homework. (-30% of next day's turns)

But on the positive side:

The teacher gets a salary of $10 per hour. ($70 per game day)

The pupil actually learned something. (+150 experience)

  Shockingly unbalanced, I know...but true.  At least for me.

70 gold in game (prbly wat u meant)-horrible deal, 3 forest fights is about 300 gold...usually for me (again, depends on level, might only b 50 gold per forest fight...at lower levels)

could we please stick to the topic? maybe there won't be any benefit to have a team, just to have it in bio, or there could be special missions for people with 3 man squads, your teamates and sensei would be in the story of the mission, like there could be a mission like to the land of waves (fight haku and Zabuza) or something like that.

i dun know much about coding but from what i can grasp fromt eh discussions. coding these events might take a long... long.. time. Besides, i think we all agree neji should focus on the mounts and kekei genkais.

what do you do in fights when somebody needs to make his round... and simply does not log in?
wait a few days to make one single fight with a few turns? ... not nice...

that's a problem in the passive game system we have here... not guys in 3D running around
