Well little confused, kakashi didn't had the sharingan when he created chidori  :-? Need a high speed to use chidori and sasuke must use sharingan because he dont have but he copyed lee's speed. But if u have high speed u can use chidori i think  :-?

You're right, Chidori is... basically wrong in there, and will be when Kekkei Genkai are coming.

But first... I need time... I rework the entire specialties, but this is a big chunk... for now, I let this flaw in.

Neji if your going to use the specialties module my module for the bloodline trait won't work!
It's ok.I was not going to start on it this week anyway's.
