dragons elixir

this is a event where a hooded man unknown to this world offers you a elixir that will give u 20+ atk and def (permanent)
the catch is that there is a side affect:
(3 real days before the elixir can kick in)
 -20 atk
 -20 def
 -90 hp

cost will only be 5,000 and if u dont have that much then he will be off wandering for some one else for his offer
