Kaiten has only been blocked in a filler, so it technically doesn't count.

In the manga, Kidomaru never summoned that thing.

From those selections its definitely naruto, although I was hesitant to select Sasuke but my good brain remembered me that Naruto has the fox-demon thingy inside of him, too big of an advantage even with Sasuke's CS2
