Logging Out?

Decided to end my day at Shinobilegends, so went to log out but ended up closing out the web page.  Out of curiosity wondered if I was still considered online so I checked the warrior list and I was, logged back on and I was still in the bank.  At first I thought I would auto log out and the game would send me back to the field but it didnt to my serprise.  Was wondering if logged out from stated way would I still be considered in the bank and out reach from pvp while logged off or does it not matter in terms of building such as banks and etc where u are when disconnected from the game? (offline)

It keeps you logged in until you actually press 'Log Out'.. If you just close the browser, it'll wait until your session has expired.....
