i would rather hire an assassin where i know the job will get done right. and i would fell so much better. Even bounties are better but assassins would be great.

You could always pay a greedy Chuunin or Genin to slay them. The bounty thing confuses me so. >.>

I considered either "the day it rained blood" or someone like that (in fact the same idea).

I don't have time for it now, but if Deathdemon wants to do something... here he can program. Fresh&new, no interaction between other modules.
