It said you were logged in, but when you tried again the server was full, yet you weren't logged in?

This is most likely because you logged in and got then the message "server full".

The cache got your login try, normally (old system) you would have entered regardless of the limit, are put on the charlist, and then you are offline again due to the redirection of my module.

Did a refresh help? or were you on the charlist for the timeout time?

I was on the list until it timedout.
It even did this when the server was not full.

-> do you delete your cookies?
-> do you not allow cookies?
-> do you have a cookie cleaner that cleans them after x minutes?
