I had an argument with him about the language he used.

That might have made him to delete himself.

It was the "clan issue", having an officer remove all the lower clan members...

well, I can only stress: Don't hand a stranger your carkeys if you want your car safe...
so well...

this does not justify the use of bad language.

After checking my mail: yes.

=) he wrote that there is no justice and I just defend her.

Well, the  clan issue has been discussed and using nasty words is not allowed.
He said to me 2 times he continues to say what he want to her and I told him twice that he will get banned if he does.
