Who uses jutsu in a normal forest fight? I sure don't. Only if I'm thrillseaking or up against a mini-boss, Orochimaru, and the like. Which doesn't happen often.

That's the point. Players depends on their mounts too much, making jutsu (the biggest part of the anime) seem almost as if it didn't exist in the game. Neji wants the players to "fight" instead of "click" until the end.
