PVP your friend at level 15, that way, losing exp wouldn't matter much.

other people dont want to risk death=set back oro kill by one day
at least I dont wanna have to put off my oro kill for a few days just so that my friend can become lvl 15 and we can fight once...not worth it :P

This is a good idea to me, and I don't mind setting back my oro kill by one day as long as I still get to kill him.

You don't always have to be at level 15. Just arrange with your friends to PvP at level 15. Oh, and I don't know about other people, but getting a Dragon Kill kinda lost it's excitement for me. After a while, there's nothing to unlock, so...
