Could we put in diseases? Like in random events you have choices to eat something like a fruit(example) or just in a new day you can get a disease that has bad effects on you and you can only cure it at the hospital where you have to buy the medicine, and you can look up the cure in the fire country library. Also, if you don't get diseased from the fruit it can have a good effect on you and some diseases can like decrease something and raise something else. It would give Fire country something finally besides the villagers hut...

Diseases... Don't get why you are asking for something bad, but it's a moderately okay idea. Sort of a petty thing since you can get the cure at sakura and the ninja hospital...

Why not just put give some enemies the ability to poison you?

You get the required supplies (you find what they are in the library) and give them to sakura to mix a cure. Some of the diseases can be helpful...just as some germs aren't all bad, some of the effects of a disease could be good...

but the idea is good, and I will likely put some poison in place
