you walk upon the forest seeing nothing but blistic fog covering your path

you continueon the path you chosen but then you hear strange sounds in the air and you soon spot a little girl out of nowhere kneeling down shivering and crying...

you see whats wrong with the girl and tap her shoulders but suddenly she touches your hand with a cold feeling with blood all over her hands, she turns around and you look upon a fearful face with dead shot eyes and a mouth full of blood with guts slushing out pertaining organs... she stands up and lungs at you and you have no choice but to fight.....


terror: hp 300

  damage: double ganger - 10
               soul steal       -5
               slashes at you -5
               fog -    makes you miss for 2 rounds
                          mount misses for 5 rounds

   reward: 500 exp gain
   loose: she takes your soul ( 1 permanent hp loss) and 500 exp

if you loose - news ________ was last seen in a blistic fog and only his scream was heard and was never seen again....

good news ________came back from a terrifying encounter with a strange spirit but exorcist it and the spirit lives freely in the heavens

To me, this is just another random forest event to get exp. Add some more complication, more outcomes and more rewards/bad things. I don't like the idea of just fight and win or lose.

I agree, perhaps you should tutor him.

But back on topic, this seriously needs more outcomes. Just a fight and win or die event is that much fun.

ok, I don't like:

a) options
 1)
 2)
  a)
  b)
 3)
 4)

boooring... I like events that interact with others (and you probably don't even realize that)

events that cope with each other, etc etc

like

a) options
 (if you have made choice a in event b some time ago) --> a)
 (in any case) b)
 (if you have successfully mastered event c at some point) --> get better chance when choosing c)

and then another eventtree after it.

you think all too one-dimensional these events won't be funny if you have no surprises...
