I reinstalled the stuff (not completely, but to work for now)

It it with about 90% a faulty DDR memory module.

All went properly, but when the apache accesses memory, segmentation faults occur. This could mean a) the software does bad things or b) the memory is faulty.

b) is it as I have in the syslog error messages from memory cells.

You can play on, but the server will be offline as the support crew needs to replace that stuff (that's what they are getting paid by you).

remove the server from the rack, open it up, replace the faulty memory module and return it to the rack.

Anyways, everyone needs to calm down, this isn't the end of the world here. Take a deep breath and wait a couple of hours or a day, you're not going to miss much.
