Maybe. Konan said "Yahiko and Nagato".  The Fourth's name is Minato, right?  o O;

Theory (I think Nagato is Pain and Yahiko is the Fourth-like boy):


Yahiko was killed and replaced by Minato; and Nagato was using Yahiko's body/Pain's body as he first appeared in Akatsuki. Freakeh.

If I understand that chapter correctly my hypothesis is......

....... Yahiko is Pein. Nagato was possesed by Pein and killed that chuunin. Nagato, I'm not sure what happened to him. But I'm pretty sure that this group isn't Jiraiya's squad.

Oh yeah disharmony, no one said anything about Yondaime, most people here aren't in to that theory. And Pein isn't Nagato, Nagato was possesed by Pein or Yuhiko, whatever.
