There is a limit on how much gold you can transfer per level, but you can easily cheat through that by staying at level 15.

Well then... the way to keep them from cheating is that the price goes down...say 10% every REAL DAY they are at level 15? Because you can't do much except slay oro at that level. And most people would have level 15 wep. and armor by then too.

Bottom line is...it probaly won't happen...unless Neji only makes it so you can only have 1 character on at a time or only 1 character per IP address...people will use this to power up  their other characters....

Even if they have 1 character per IP, a friend could power up your character or vice versa.

=) you won't be able to ever trade items or gold or gems.

As the only thing 90% of the players would do is to buff up one character. I can guarantee you that.

1 char per IP... even that means nothing in the hands of halfway smart people.

There is no 100% chance I can prevent this without looking at protocols myself over the time, or doing setting up a list, making autoblock stuff.... and what will happen? thousands of petitions "but it is my sister at my comp, I want to help her" ... "it was only my friend playing here, he has no comp at home" ...

really, no chance for this.

Sorry for reviving this, but I was gonna make a request on a similiar thing.
Since there is now something that is able to tell what is an alt, and what isn't, why wouldn't we be able to use an application of that to prevent account trades?
Or at the very least, allow the trade of items.

I can't.

There is no foolproof way to determine a multichar with 100% accuracy.
This *always* involves manual checks... (yes, *I* have to look into it)

So it is out of the question to allow trades. I can GUARANTEE you that >50% will be going to multichars to buff up.

As the gem transfer topic was open for discussion, a player did (so you might not say it is only *me* that thinks badly) a nice suggestion:

"Hey, why don't we block gem-withdrawals from multis?
I mean, you can simply ask a friend to withdraw them, he is no multi, put into HIS coffers, and you get them there? Why make it hard..."

So you will soon have a nice network that can circumvent any of this

And sorry, but I don't have sufficient staff that ONLY tracks abuses like this... which ARE hard to get.

Well, you've caught all of my accounts. You've even gotten people that AREN'T my alts, but I keep forgetting to petition.
Anyway, I was mostly talking about items. For instance, say a guy has a bunch of ingredints for a recipe that he doesn't have, while another guy just hasn't gotten any of the required items since buying that new recipe. Why not let one guy trade some kunai for a soldier pill?

I do not like tracking all kinds of stuff to try to catch cheaters... the thing is: the system cannot be made flawless, so  there WILL be smoochers... and they prey on *your* stuff...
"why is he getting up so fast?"..."do something! he cheats!" ...
