Don't see what's so special bout rai, I mean level 15 attackk's ok but suna's 15 is so much better.

The Best Spectialty is Suna by far. But your asking what's your Favorite I like Rai because I like lighting and Suna makes fight Oro to easy. Suna is the only one I don't use anymore because it makes this game a lil to easy.

Knowing the way Suna is...Rai is probably better.
