How about adding toy models at the gift shop as both gifts and collectables?

Common (always on display)
Naruto - 2500 gold
Sasuke - 2500 gold
Sakura - 1500 gold

Uncommon (80% chance of being on display)
Shino - 1500 gold
Hinata - 1500 gold
Kiba - 1500 gold
Chouji - 1500 gold
Shikamaru - 1500 gold
Ino - 1500 gold
Neji - 3000 gold
Lee - 2500 gold
Tenten - 1500 gold
Gaara - 3000 gold
Kankuro - 1500 gold
Temari - 1500 gold
Konohamaru - 1500 gold

Rare (50% chance of being on display)
Kakashi - 5000 gold
Kurenai - 4500 gold
Asuma - 4500 gold
Gai - 5000 gold
Iruka - 4500 gold
Jiraiya - 6000 gold
Tsunade - 6000 gold
Shizune - 4500 gold
Haku - 4500 gold
Zabuza - 5000 gold
Kabuto - 4500 gold
Orochimaru - 8000 gold
Itachi - 6000 gold
Kisame - 5000 gold
Sarutobi - 6000 gold
Jirobo - 4500 gold
Kidomaru - 4500 gold
Sakon & Ukon - 5000 gold
Tayuya - 4500 gold
Kaguya - 5000 gold

Special (30% chance of being on display)
Yondaime - 10000 gold
Akatsuki Leader - 10000 gold
Shukaku - 30000 gold
Kyuubi - 30000 gold

The 3 common ones are always avaliable. For the rest of the collection, you will have to depend on your luck. You can either send one to a friend or buy one for yourself. The toy model that you bought will be added to your inventory.

The toy are only for show. They can't be sold or used.

Maybe you can even put them on display in your dwelling(s) when Neji adds the furniture feature into the game.
