Yet another Badnav...

Hi.  Looks like I'm not the first one stuck on one, which is good, but anyways, yes, I'm stuck on a Badnav.
Can a staffer help me out here, or is there something I can do on my end to fix it?

i also am stuck on a bad nav in the shades but i when i click on anything like pettition the message of the day pops up the only links that work are the fourm link and the mail link i also tried refreshing and when i close it and open it again it brings me back there when ever i login van someone help me? :-?
