Neji is a nice guy... i dont know him... but i have seen and heard some of hes very genourus favors... So please dont insult him... He dosent even have to furthe develop and advance shinobi legends but he still does... please respect him. NO i am not asking for a big flame war i will ignore any attempts to cause one.
