the real intentions of akatsuki were revealed in the manga, and they aren't so nice...  (i won't say anything else 'cause there may be people that doesn't follow the manga) I think that yondaime is naruto's father, but akatsuki leader would be the best thing that can happens to naruto series, the fight between those two would be incredible
