How do I gain status? and How do i gave money to other people??

when I slay other people(its academy student) its lvl 5 and i lvl 6 academy student why I'm dead and the attack is very large..... i think he gain his stat but how do I gain stat please tell me

get a key from someone who has a dwelling and you will have aces to thier coffers inside.
when you reach genin it will become more clear as to how you get a dwelling
