bad navs i belive

I belive it is my navs but every time i click on something(forest, gardens, clan halls, etc.) it brings be right back to rice field...  i think it may be my navs...

edit:
oh and i also tried petiotioning but i dont think it went through...

You have to give it time because Neji and the mods have lives to attend to. Also please dont double post use the modify button.

Yes i know not everyone can be on 24/7 but i tried to post a message in rice but it didnt go through so i wondered if my petition went through and figured i should make sure...

i think that he was confused because he wasen't sure if petitions went through when there were bad navs which is why he didn't believe that it went through.
