I suggest 3 things: letting muted people be able to post in their clan hall, making a separate place for them to be able to talk in and a list of mute and banned people that people can access or some other way for letting people know that someones muted/banned like a mail to everyone on their friends list and or clan.

When you are muted you must've broken a rule correct?
And when you went over it despite when you were told not do so many times.
You continue to do so...
Which resulted in your ban yet you went over that and continue to do even today.
You will be banned until your Original character is over it's 3-day Ban limit.
Or perhaps you're just stubborn and don't listen to what you are told.
Maybe thats the reason...

il lock this, but i was talking about the mute rule, in the rules it says nothing that i can remember seeing about not being allowed to use your alts to talk when muted, if that is disallowed, plz tell Neji to put it in and I fully agree that i should have been banned, i was being an ass. Oh and on the you are banned tell this time, theirs a spelling mistake, i petitioned it but I'm not sure if its fixed yet.

  what a lengthy feature request...

well, to add a few words:

if *someone* is muted/banned  and tries to get around it, I think of it as an action against the punishment itself which I am not fond of. If somebody does not accept his punishment, he can petition. That's it.

Also, please don't fight in a feature request. That counts for both.
