It is possible for him to look like that..Sort of a resemblance. Though I do want to see what he looks like without his mask.

That picture is a good assumption of what his whole face looks like without the mask. But I don't think things would ever get that serious that he's forced to take it off. Or he might, but something would be covering it. Those clever writers.

Apparently Kakashi is supposed to look exactly like his father, Sakumo, which is why he has the mask in the first place. So if that is a picture of sakumo then thats what kakashi looks like.

Well that is a Custom made pic, You never see Sakumo's face.that is probably what he is going to look like. If Tobi turns out to be Obito that is when he will remove his mask, or is de dies like some one already said.
